Okay guys your eyes are the biggest weapon you have at your disposal for attraction and comfort. A dominant man is not afraid to gaze directly at people. Every time you look away you show that you are self conscious and have a low status. Know how some PUAs say 60% is body language? well eye contact counts as body language and it makes a big part of it.
I don't mean that you should go staring at people cause then you just come off as creepy. But if someone is looking at you make sure you look at them for a few seconds before looking away. DON'T SMILE! THIS SHOWS INTEREST. if you are smiling already then its fine but don't start after looking at them. This is also a cue that you need to approach. if you catch her looking at you then go talk to her... she wont bite.
When talking you should make eye contact with everyone in your set but just give your target a little bit more then everyone else. If she is the one talking don't just stare at her. look at other stuff like people's reactions etc.
I used to be terrified of looking directly at people and just couldn't hold eye contact... even with my parent. So i decided to get over this by looking at photos. Sounds kind of creepy but it worked for me. next time you see a photo which is looking at your stare back. count in your head for 5 seconds and then look away in an alpha manner. soon this just becomes routine and you start doing it.
