LOL gross. get some sperry boat shoes, black chucks, adidas, vans, reebok classics OR some super comfortable running shoes (i got orange ones, good peacock, but they're FUCKIN COMFORTABLE) i don't really care how they look, i'm more on comfort personally. go to a shoe store and ask for nice walking/running/training shoes

I don't like the slip ons, they're not my style. The lace-up ones are cool, though. I linked my shoes that I really like in another thread somewhere...
As for shirts, if you're a t-shirt kind of guy, and your parents will get you expensive shit, Affliction makes cool shirts that are overpriced. You will be called a douchebag if you wear the shirt without anything on top and you have permanent stubble and a fauxhawk, but if you can avoid those things, you'll be fine.
