Preselection is as we know an important part in generating attraction in the early stages and is also an important part of maintaining attraction as well.

Preselection is basically when you have shown that other women have chosen you as someone they are attracted to and willing to pursue you. This creates intrigue as girls will want to know what makes you so interesting and it also shows them you have options...which is attractive. Preselection helps maintain attraction because a woman will feel that you haven't lost your attractiveness and also they will feel that they have truly scored a big catch and will be less willing to let go. Preselection is in short a giant DHV

Preselection can be generated through your words or through your actions. Actions have been noted to be the best at generating preselection and I am of the same belief. Vocalized preselection has its place (IMO) only in qualification (i.e. "I talk to a lot of girls, what makes you think you're any different from the rest?"). Any other vocalized preselection is bragging and is subject to scrutiny from the girl.

If you vocalize preselection too much the girl will start to look for things that shows what you say is valid that way she knows if it is alright to be attracted to you. She will do anything she can to find out if you are full of shit or the real deal, she'll ask anybody. The best thing you can do is show through your actions and by the actions of others that you are preselected, those are things that can be taken at face value.

If a girl asks the wrong person about you after you vocalized your preselection you're pretty much fucked and risk losing the attraction of the girl you want. You don't even have to be an ultimate stud to convey that you are preselected without words. In a party go around and High-5/chat with all the girls and ignore the best target, this will make her go "hmmmm? he talks to all these girls?" Bam you're preselected. Also many of the things PU teaches allows for you to act preselected, such as not caring for the outcome of an interaction. After all, what average man could care less if he bones the hot chick he is currently chatting up? No average man can do it, but the preselected one can. Once again, this shows that you have options. If you have options then women can not control you with sex and when women lose this control over a man it is a powerful thing.

Another thing that indicates that you are preselected is your alpha status. A man who has constant failure or only flecks of success here and there can not walk into a group of women without some nervousness in his body language is what the target will think.

However the strongest type of non-verbal preselection is of course actually having women on you. This can be a simple process or a difficult process depending on the effect you are going for. Naturally getting hugs from girls is less powerful than them sitting on your lap or vying for your attention. Acting like girls are a natural part of your life, that you live every day surrounded by them will actually surround you with girls.

In conclusion, vocalized preselection has its uses but in the end something that can't be disputed will always work better than something that can be disputed. Keep on sarging.

That being said there are certain times when vocalized preselection is indeed useful, but usually only useful after you have demonstrated you are preselected through your actions and the actions of others:

Qualification: I talk to a lot of women, what makes you think you're any different?

Setting Standards: Look, I'm with many women and I just can't be with one who doesn't (insert whatever).

The chest is sexual, especially if you are moderately fit. Women associate outward sexual appearances with you getting lots of pussy. When a girl sees a guy who looks sexual, she automatically thinks that he has higher value because he pulls other girls, and is therefore worth getting with.

It alludes to preselection. Just try it out, if you can discern between preselection and physical attraction, you'll see it. To borrow from Brad P, it plays in to a sexy stereotype; they assume that because you look like someone who gets laid, you are someone who gets laid. This triggers preselection in a very specific way. Sexy chest helps because it shows your not a slob, though.

Once again not really. That's sexy stereotyping. Clothes fit into fashion regardless of what they are, sure it may make you look like you have a keen sense of style which will make people think you get women but this is much different than pre-selection. I wear v-necks and semi-open buttoned shirts. I know what it can do, its pretty cool but its still different from pre-selection.
