creatine can trash your livers/kidneys/one of those organs, take periodic breaks in using it (ie use it for 2 weeks on, then 2 weeks off) so your liver can recover. eat starchy foods (rice, potatoes, pasta) lotsa carbs, i also have a mass weight gainer type protein shake i drink post workout and before i go to bed. the three staples of gaining weight: sleep, workout, eat. there's no quick easy way to gain weight (until you get older ) lotsa sleep, workout everyday, and eat like hell. for meals, 6 meals a day every 2-3 hours, you can look this shit up online. good luck. Don't use that shit dude. Its dangerous and alot of the shit you get is mixed with other shit.
ALot of it causes like gas and ingestion and shit.
Just go to like GNC and ask about the protein shakes and recovery drinks. Its all you need.

I use no-xplode when i work out and it contains some creatine. I usually go a month with it and a month without it. It makes you a lot bigger after a couple days of big lifting but most of it is due to the water. And with no-xplode it makes you super pumped to go workout so your gonna work out way harder than you would without it so your gonna get muscle too. Make protien shakes in the morning and save leftovers for lunch, eat healthy, and youll get big.

Okay all the people who posted are skinny fucks too lol. Im 170 and worked my way up there from ALOT less. Listen to me chris. Creatine will not fuck up your liver. Its naturally stored in your body and you get it from various meats. It provides a fuel for fast muscle contractions and then once the creatine is used up your body switches to ATP. After that i dunno if you reach muscular failure or if your body can continue to create ATP anaerobically. But if you want to gain weight you need to eat food. Fuck supplements they have their place but its not when your just starting out. Maybe buy some cheap protein powder/weight gainer from sams club but other then that do compound exercises and eat like a mother fucker. Its that simple edit: what gay said about the gas is true i had hardcore diarriah and shit when i first got on it LOL it worked itself out thou.

Im using creatine at the moment and its very good! it doesnt mess your liver up if you are eating six meals comprised of lots of carbs and proteins and you drink up to 3 liters a day!!(VERY IMPORTANT)... its mostly eating!@! theres a saying that bodybuilders say "muscle is made in the kitchen" especially if you are skinny your have to train two body parts a day no less then 3 times per week.. I reccomend the best weight gainer on the market its called Serious mass by Optimum nutrition use that and you are guaranteed results, go to bodybuilding.com for training tips etc! good luck

I'm personally against supplements. A small increase in gains is not worth the harm these chemicals will do to your body long term. How about just eating loads of basic, unprocessed foods, getting plenty of protein, and ramping up the weight your lifting? Its hard work and discipline that build a rock hard body, not magic pills and powders.
