Think of a cat. When your playing with a cat, do you just hand the animal the toy and be done with it? Or do you keep the toy away from your pet and never let them get it?
Neither.
What you do is give the cat or the dog a taste, just a taste. You'll dangle it just out of their reach so they can maybe just get it for a second.
Do you see where I'm going with this?
Sorry for the animalistic metaphor, but shes the cat and your the toy. And this doesnt just work with your kitty, this drives women NUTS.
Push Pull is a tension loop that was originally coined by Swinggcat, but was the tool of naturals for as long as game has existed. Women who are good at men-game (gaming men, if you need it spelled out) do push/pull too, only most of them use it to tease, to have fun with, or generally to toy with us. Watch out!
What is Push/Pull?
Push/Pull is when you emotionally push a woman away from you, creating an emotional space. Once you've built this space apart, the push/pull artist will emotionally pull the target back in. This works both ways.
When you effectively push and pull enough in a certain amount of time and of varying degrees of intensity, it creates an emotional vaccuum which they then tend to fill with an inordinate amount of IOIs (Indicators Of Interest, for our first time readers).
Not only that but its fun. It ends up being playful and entertaining. When you get the mindset down, it ends up flowing back and forth, straight from YOU. No canned lines or routines or anything like that. When you see or hear flirting going on, unless it has a direct sexual vibe it almost always has aspects of push/pull in it. If you know how to flirt you know how to push pull and if you know how to effectively push and pull your a champ at flirting.
The Mindset.
While the art of Push/Pull is more along the lines of a "routine," formulating the push/pull is more along the lines of inner game. A mindset. This is because unlike The Mystery Method, or Cocky Funny, or Day Game, or any other method or set of routines. Theres no real rules or guidelines to follow. Just what to believe and tell yourself.
Important things to keep in mind:
-- You are the prize! She should be working to win YOUR affection, not the other way around. This is the most important rule here.
-- While talking or in interacting general, there should always be a push when there is a pull. Pulling when there is a push isnt always necesary.
-- Do not base your conversations around push pull! This should be something thrown in there now and again as a "conversation spice." You shouldnt be looking ahead to when your going to next add your push or pull. It should flow.

PUA: Because think about it. Your sarcastic, Im sarcastic, we'd basically spend all of our time being snarky and mean and sarcastic to people. The world would probably end with all the sarcasm you and I would throw out together. But hey we'd have a good time.
Lets see why this one works BESIDES the push and the pull. First of all, if she is really a sarcastic person a lot chances are people HAVE called her a bitch before. The fact that you know this means you can read between the lines and can read people. Girls love that. Also, while there is no pull at the end to really even it out, you present her with a fairly ridiculous situation that presents YOU and HER together subconsciencely lets her know that you were really joking.

Chick: yeah I guess so.
PUA: But this means we could never hang out =[ ((push, and making a sad face shows your "serious"))

Ahahahah I love this. This whole story should be said with a sad face like your really upset. Sells it better. While there is no real pull after this, Its the same thing with the ridiculous story. Girls love that. It adds an aspect of romance to it. And if thats not enough, you throw a strong sexual vibe into it!

This just confuses and plays with her. This just shows dominance in a relationship.

Why it Works.
While the cat metaphor is simple and effective, women are more complicated then cats. Push/Pull plays on the old proverb "absence makes the heart grow fonder." While the cat just wants to play, Push/pull effectively changes a woman's attitude and perspective towards you.
Think of a man in a bar. This man sees two beautiful women, buys them drinks, compliments them TONS, and is generally being a nice sweet guy, trying to buy the girls attraction. Now this man has a girl who he is attracted to and wants to start something with. He listens to all her boy problems, buys he flowers and takes her to dinner all the time. Again, trying to buy her attraction and her affection.
Believe me I wish this would work. It would make our job a hell of a whole lot easier. But his man is pull pull PULLING the girls in. He's yanking them towards him when girls don't want to be yanked.
I dont think I have to explain to you the other end of the spectrum. Hes a dick, just being mean to girls all the time. He may have a few girlfriends here and there, but most girls tend to stay away from him.
WHY in the WORLD does the dick get girlfriends when the sweet, nice guy with deep pockets and an even deeper heart?
Simple. Girls love a challenge! It's interesting and fun for them. Its a tease.
Its no fun for them when you just lay yourself in front of them for them to do with you their every whim. Many girls want what they cant have.
