Hey so basically my school we have to do a big senior project, which is a fifteen page paper, a twnety minute presentation in front of a panel of judges, and fifteen hours of fieldwork overseen by a mentor. I was actually thinking of doing muay-thai for that. www.vee-arnis-jitsu.comThats the closest place to my house. Can one of you people whose remotely experienced in this check out some of the videos and tell me if it looks legit? Also, I have rheumatiod arthritis so if my elbows and knees sometimes are kinda shitty should this be something to stay awway from? Thoughts appreciated

I'm a second degree blackbelt in Tang Soo Do Mi Guk Kwan, just started training in bjj at the Renzo Gracie Academy, and have various experience in wrestling and judo. Muay Thai is a great martial art to learn and essential for anyone looking to get into MMA (like myself). But to be honest, doing any martial art is a great workout, as long as you train consistently and with 100% effort. Anything less and you are cheating yourself and wasting your instructors time.
