This is actually really really coincidental because Tim Ferris was just on Dr. Oz for his weight loss program. He seems really legit, especially since he was on Dr. Oz.

I am going to start buying the supplements and then I will be starting that too, I managed to find a copy of the book online and it is inspiring, he seems legit enough to follow and his theories all make sense to me. I will start a thread as soon as I ge the thousand dollars of supps together lol

So I officially bought the book and half of the supps for the weight loss section of the book, It goes by the slow carb diet and it seems legit, I will do this for one month then start getting supps for muscle gain and attempt that for a month, I am 6 ft and 205 lbs, dont know my body fat % but its higher than it should be. I will buy a body fat caliper this week so I can test it. Anyone actually do this yet? What about you OP?

You can do any exercise as long as you work your whole body. And only do one set. You must tire your muscle in that set. I don't know how to phrase it, my English is not very good. The workout you put is a sample workout.

Don't sweat if you don't get the same amount of pounds of muscle or w/e in the same time as he did. Everyone has different genetics, and respond differently to lifting. Also take into consideration that the biggest gains are made when bodybuilding is first started, my understanding was that you already work out? And this guy obviously made his gains starting fresh.

You can't gain that much muscle in a month period.
You'd be lucky to get that much in a year. ITS A VERY SLOW PROCESS. Your basically making diamonds out of coal...and twices long for hardgainers.
You gain about a nail's worth of muscle a day (just about, a tad more persay) GL

And try the 5 sec up and 5 sec down, It makes the workout very hard.

I really like how this looks, especially the two workouts per week thing (until school again, it's a hassle getting to the gym days other than saturday and sunday when i work near it, also i noticed i sometimes gained more when missing workouts lol). However, i'm not sure i fully understand it.

Pffft. Of course its possible. Ever heard of the colorado experiment? stronglifts.com/colorado-experiment-casey-viator-arthur-jones/63 lbs of muscle gain in 28 days. Of course this guy has freak genetics and was big before, but any other dude could gain a third of that in 28 days with determination. I've read both of Tim Ferriss' books and I'm doing the bench routine to increase my bench by 100lbs in 6 months. It's a once a week workout. So far I've gained 2kgs in 3 weeks on my upper body. Quite solid.
