It has been said by many that women find taller men to be more attractive than shorter men, and this is a generally agreed upon observation by the community. There's this thought that has risen in my mind though. I need to exercise much more and eat much less, else I should progress to look like Ray's big brother Robert from everybody loves Raymond, tall but very oddly shaped. ;D
I think if I just limited myself to eating when I'm hungry instead of going on crazy binges I would greatly reduce the amount of fat on my body, and the tallness factor might actually be able to help out a bit.
I exercise enough, that's for damn sure! Its the eating uncontrollably that's detrimental to my self image. Wish me some fucking luck guys, I'm taking this thing head on!

I know where you're coming from. I'm 6'2" or so, and about 185 pounds. I exercise enough for sure! What with football and hockey, I don't know how I couldn't get enough exercise. The only thing that won't go away for me and it's such a bother: I have like a hangover of a stomach! Everything else is skinny/average, then there's my stomach. The slightest hint of a hangover. Oh, my butt's kinda big too. No homo. Just facts. Then there's stretchmarks at almost all my major growth points... Why couldn't I have grown taller slowly? But hey, just forget it. I moved on, I'm not so self conscious anymore, and it feels a lot better. Good luck to you, as well as me.

If you want to lose weight, you gotta burn more calories then your taking in. And man, get on a lifting program, so you can lose the fat, and gain muscle.
