I used to go to a place that charges $28, but then I realized they are shitty - dont go to salons that are chains. Now, im going to go to a place that charges $35.
Hair is your #1 accessory, as you wear it always. So you gotta make it look good ;p

I went to a place that charged me like 30 bucks before and the haircut was just plain shitty compared to the one i get for 20 bucks from these funny dominican dudes. I also think it doesn't matter how much it costs its the dude that's cutting it.

Yeah generally it is the person who is cutting your hair, but it is hard finding a really good person who is cheap. Because of the following:
A hair stylist gets commission, and an hourly wage off of a hair cut. And if their skill is high, they would be at a better place, which would land them more money.

Supercuts $13 with tip short on the back and sides with some hair on the top to style with surf hair paste gives a nice rolled out of bed look.

well generally I go to great clips or the local barbershop. My hair cut is so simple I could do it myself so I don't see the point in spending over $15 on it.
