You get built from hard work, not popping pills.

All I've heard about steroids is stuff that sounds like its straight out of DARE. I remember what was said about marijuana, so the shrinking your balls stuff is likely bullshit unless you do them your whole life like a bodybuilder or something. That being said, I would do research before taking them.
trueprotein.com has high quality, cheap protein just fyi.

oh f**K dude dont mess with steriods 2 reasons 1. i know im going to sound like a parent but even wieght lifting stunts your growth, steroids will fuck your body even worse 2. when you stop taking steroids do you know what happens to your muscles? they turn to fat. so in general im against them oh jeez is this a joke thread? Both of these reasons are the most BS myths that still seem to be passed around when it comes to weighlifting in general. Lifting does not stunt your growth hell alot of athletes wouldn't be barely be hitting 6 feet in that case hell shaq lifted when he was younger and look at him. Only completely lifting wrong will be any harm to you in any kind of way. And also the muscle turn to fat is complete utter nonsense when you look at it in a scientific manner muscle and fat are made of completely different compounds etc. so it isn't just magic that happens if you happen to stop weightlifting all together you will obviously lose muscle mass and if that happened to be your only form of exercise yeah your going to obviously put on the fat. Now onto steroids I don't have much experience with them myself and don't plan on it at any points, but it likely depends how long are you really gonna be using em listing out the usual long term side effects small penis, unable to have erection, even impotency yata yata. I can even show you a pretty disturbing documentary but it really depends you might get hooked to the pump you get, do what you will but I advise against it might as well just go with whey protein and a high calorie, high protein, high carb diet to promote as much muscle growth as possible or also you could go with creatine. Still I don't really advise it because of the usual side effects of prolonged use. This guy has it right. okay i meant for growing teenagers i stunts your growth, but i just researched that, and it was a myth, so is that fat thing, but only slightly, if you still take in the same amount of calories when your building muscles when your not you will get fatter because those calories arent being burned. thanks for destroying that myth, but there is no reason to buy steroids, and if your into Pick up why would you want a small penis? Man, teenagers can lift weights without stunting their growth as long as they don't lift with terrible form. Lifting weights stunts your growth is a myth, many studies and doctors support this statement. You would have a higher chance of stunting your growth plates playing sports than lifting weights. Lifting weights is one of the safer activities assuming you know proper form. I would advise you to have someone that knows what they're doing make sure your form is right or just get it down from watching how it's done from videos on Bodybuilding.com Back to Gay's question, should you spend $30 on steroids? Ultimately it's your decision and if you have your mind set on taking them I doubt any of us can change that choice. There are many unknowns about steroids and what it does to your health. In my opinion it's not worth taking them and then 30 years later ending up with a lot of health problems, even people at the age of 25 that take them don't suggest teens doing the same. Think of the following. What if you spend your time in the gym lifting hard and see your gains, see your progress. The accomplishment feels x9999 better and it will help you gain a stronger mindset for the future. I really wish I could find the article that described why you shouldn't. If you decide to do it please do yourself a favor and research it, it's not as easy as just taking a shot. You have to learn about cycling on and off, the different types of steroids, ect. Whatever your goals are I would strongly recommend reading up on Bodybuilding.com and their forums. And if your interested in looking into steroids even more they have a AS (Anabolic Steroids) section under the IFBB section. If you decide to do that you may want to set your age to 21 or so or you'll probably get banned, they heavily moderate the AAS board.

this is bob, bob has bitch tits. -fight club This best represents my opinion, and fight club is my favorite movie. Yeah, steroids can fuck you up. Thats dishonest shit anyways just stick to ONLY ALL NATURAL protein and cardio. Real fitness takes long time and hard work. Nobody respects a roider. I take protein maybe once every 3 workouts and I do boxing 12x a month. I'm getting a bit more toned but I'm still quite skinny.

I don't think Gay gives/gave a shit about actually being fit; it's all about looking good.

No. I know Gay to be a guy who has passions, and fitness may or may not be one of them. From my understanding, it's not like his life sucks and pick-up is the one thing he lives for.

I don't give a shit about being fit. Its just to look good. Why the fuck else does anyone work out thats not an athlete?
Really? hours in a gym, so that once a year time when you help your cousin move his shit, you can lift a couch by yourself? Nice. thats productive.
If your not in it to look good, your an idiot.
Self improvement. Look good, feel good. Its all about being better than others. Try to prove me wrong.

Self improvement. Look good, feel good. Its all about being better than others. Try to prove me wrong. Why the fuck does anyone do anything in life? Because they have to do it, they enjoy it, or because it's their passion. You're doing it wrong if you're spending hours in the gym, you shouldn't have to spend more than maybe an hour and a half even though I think that's pretty long. On average I spend 45 minutes in the gym 4 to 5 times a week depending on how I feel and my split. Looking good is one reason to lift but everybody has their own reasons. Personally the gym is where I can get away from everything and do something I really enjoy and by doing so I also get other benefits such as looking good as you stated. Being better than others is a pretty reasonable statement in a lot of circumstances in my opinion so I would say you're correct there. And time for one of my favorite quotes. " The Iron is the best antidepressant I have ever found. There is no better way to fight weakness than with strength. Once the mind and body have been awakened to their true potential, it’s impossible to turn back. The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you’re a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds." -Henry Rollins

Dude, you probably don't give a fuck about my answer haha, you've already made you mind up. But, just remember to cycle them properly and use clean needles and what not. You can get big just working out normally, got voted best bod in the year last week, only took a few months. It's not hard, well it is but its not really THAT hard compared to say, waking up to go to school. Just lift heavy, 6 rep max. Stick to compound movements. If getting ripped is an issue, my coach gave my an awesome body fat burning routine to cut for my fights. PM me and I'll be happy to give it to you. Just chillout on the steroids though, bodybuilding doesn't stunt your growth but steroids tend to block your growth plates from working properly sometimes. Personally, I think you should go the hard way. The lessons you learn from fitting 6 meals into your day, working out when its inconvenient, pushing yourself through pain, waiting for results, shooting for goals, feeling the pain for your goals are all absolutely invaluable. Steroids are an instant gratification thing, instant gratification is for stimulation addicted losers. But hey man, if you do them then do them safe

Before you even think about roids your diet/sleep/routine should all be 100% perfect. Roids or not your still going to have to bust your ass. There not magical, you cant just pump yourself full of them and wake up the next day huge.
