Okay... I used to have problems sleeping a lot and i discovered that if you exercise early in the day... it starts your inner clock and you fall asleep when you need to at night.
So every morning as soon as i get up... i do 25 push-ups... actually now im up to 40 a morning but i started at 25. And wow it helps, doesnt seem like it does much but it does. Before when i used to do this.. when we did push up tests in school, i would usually get around 50-55. Now after ive been doing this for a while, i can pump around 90 push ups in 2 minutes.

I'm gonna have to start doin that not falling to sleep til 3 in the morning when I have to wake up at 5:30 then having to take three tests royally blows.
I used to run in the morning back in middle school but it didn't really seem to help to tire me all that much.

There are other things you can do to get your inner clock going early too. One is exposing yourself to light as early as possible. As soon as i wake up, i flip my light on (i hate that part lol) and then i bang in some push ups. Pretty much anything that "wakes you up" will get your inner clock going. Swimming is great too even later in the day because it tires your whole body.

I usually take hot showers in the morning. Shut up. But it makes me feel sleepy, so I started showering at night instead.

I'm posting this here because it's somewhat related and I need to the accountability. I'm going to start doing at least four burn-me-out-and-break-my-legs intense 200-meter sprints every morning. I want to be skinny like Tommy Lee. Pushups sound rockin' too, I'll tack those on.

I go up 2-3 push ups every day and push myself until I collapse. I started with 20 a morning, now I'm at 35 a morning.

I wake up at 8 o clock every morning . But I have 10 pound weights in my room, and every night I spend like 10 minutes doing exercises with them, 100 crunches, and sometimes I'll do 30 or so pushups if I'm really feeling industrious lol. I'm usually too tired in the morning but sometimes I'll do a shorter version of this routine, or just push ups.
