venturing into new ground

alright guys, first off, thank you all so damn much. hahaha
i haven't been on this forum long and most of you probably don't know me at all, but really, in the few months that i have been around, i've learned so much more about pickup than i ever did before(total is about a year of studying)

this might be a bit of a rant, but if you're generous enough to help, bear with me

so here's me: i don't keep girls for too long. my past relationships have been short little flings or what not and have ended by both sides.

however, this summer, largely thanks to this forum, i was able to get a date with this girl at my summer classes who i've taken quite the liking to. first off, the entire process of attracting her has made me extremely happy because i finally was able to project "the best" version of myself that PickUp teaches us to do. I was able to live out my newfound confidence, cockiness, humor, friendliness, etc etc. After a year of studying pickup, i was able to apply all that i had learned with this chick and escalate into a relationship.

so yes, we've been an "official couple" for more than a week(that's soemthing for me. haha) and i'm really diggin it. now don't worry, it's not oneitis. due to past experiences, i've kind of shielded myself from any possible "oneitis"-type thing. however, i will say that while i was working my game on her, she responded extremely well, nearly "gaming" me at the same time, which truly caught my attention.

1, she's hotter than any other girl i've dated. i'd rate her between an HB7-8.
but beyond that, she embodies this playful sense of confidence, almost reflecting my own C+F as we tease each other, make jokes about how "cool" or whatever we are. stuff like that. she challenges me constantly in fun ways and it's refreshing to meet a girl who exhibits clear interest in me while at the same time, not "worshiping" me as if i'm some "guy of their dreams."

so i guess, all in all, there's push and pull goin on between us that's amping up my attraction.
because of this, i feel that i'm ready to tackle the potential of this being a more "serious" relationship, one that lasts hopefully a few months at the least. our personalities click well and i've been having a blast so far. i know she has too.

FINALLY, my question is this:
where's the line between "gaming" mode and then i guess, "relationship" mode IF there even is one? so far, i've maintained my C+F and teasing which has worked while also taking on a bit more of a romantic approach. one thing about her is that she's growing a bit more "demanding" i guess, asking me to do things or making comments that seem to put her into a more controlling position. of course, i dont want to fall into that trap and become AFC, but i'm struggling with the balance of maintaining "dominance" while not completely shooting her down everywhere because she's rather inexperienced with relationships so i don't know if she's completely shit-testing me or if she really likes me and wants me to be that kind of "man" who makes her happy.
aslo, how often should i talk to her?
how do i maintain interest besides kino, C+F, and teasing?
how do i escalate?

I'm really glad this has all been goin good for you dude (I hope you're still together so this will still pertain to you!).

First of all, don't stop teasing and flirting. Ever. Just maybe tone down the cocky funny? You can try push/pulling, but you really don't want to play her, you already have her!

But really, dont stop teasing. The one thing that most guys do and why relationships fail is that guys get lax about it, and the relationship loses its spark. Really, thats what everyone means when they say it "lost its spark." It means theres no more teasing; no more playfulness. Keep that up.

And as far as being an AFC while in a relationship, you dont have much to worry about either. You guys are more of a team now. You don't have to be dominant, and neither does she (unless you like it that way ;D). Just make sure you both know that neither of you control the other. Your both willing to make each other happy right? Thats a relationship

Keep the interest by not turning down the flirting. Flirting, i think, is one of the most important aspects to any relationship.

As far as escalation, if your both relatively inexperienced, it doesnt hurt to talk about it! Make sure your both comfortable with whatever your doing before you do it, and if it makes it any easier, try to make some of the kissing or whatever you decide to do more romantic if you can. Try to find the "moments" that exist in Romantic Movies and have a solid place in girls hearts and minds.
