Hey guys, Well I've just hit 6 months of lifting. Looking back on the photos I took at the start, I can see that I have come a long way. In terms of weight, in the bicep curl I have moved from 2.5kg to 9.5kg, and in shoulder press from 7kg to 19kg, with similar gains in every exercise. I think the first photo speaks for itself as to why I started lifting, but now I am finally starting to look decent with my shirt off. I wanted to share my progress so I thought I would post it here =) 18 March 09: 30 September 09:

Pretty solid gains brah, your shoulders have really grown and I see improvements in your arms and abs but I think you could use some work on your pecs.
Like I said, solid gains man. Keep working hard but take pride for what you've already gained.

Thanks for the feedback guys, yeah I haven't really worked my chest much because I need some more equipment, but I am going to buy a bench soon. When the first photo was taken I weighed 50kg or 110lb, now I weigh 60kg or 132lb.
