By: RedDog Next time you are out, whether it be at school, your job, a mall, anything, look around. Observe your surroundings. On One hand, you'll see the kid/guy with the typical video game stereotype. Decently long hair, a Pokemon T-Shirt(lol), jeans, etc. and he's walking out of a gamestop. On another hand, You see a guy who's wearing normal clothes, nothing flashy, Maybe has some Nikes on. They both see an attractive woman walk by. So who gets the girl? Whichever one isn't focused on kino, negs, dhv's, Peacocking, or shit tests and amogs. How many people focus on that? Maybe... 1% of guys? Not even. .5% of guys. You could be a video game nerd as shown above, and have a better shot with girls than this. Girls KNOW about pick up. It may not be obvious, but they do. Pick up is simply a way for men to feel better about themselves. Sure, a generla plan is good, but not thesse overly drawn out plans. Take Mystery Method. It means well, but it isnt great. I mean seriously? There's so much in it its not worth my time. Negs, Dhv's, Body rocks... WHAT THE FUCK! This is social robotism. Its fucking retarded. Sure it may work sometimes, but definitely not in HS game of any sort. Honestly, get a life. The whole world isnt about mystery method. Another thing. Stop using negative phrases. and that doesnt mean "The world sucks". Alot of pick up terms are negative as well. Approach Anxiety? Are you freaking out, gasping for breath, shaking intensely when approaching a girl? Hopefully not. Anxiety is a MEDICAL problem. The only "anxiety" you feel is your body preparing you for the situation. Its not that big of a deal. Its simply ALPHA EXCITEMENT. Next one. DLV's. Sure, it may seem as if said action lowers your value, but does it really? If you are okay with "DLVing" your self, then do it. Its not as if one DLV will ruin your chances. Which is actually a great point. ONE MISTAKE DOESNT RUIN YOUR CHANCES. Trust me. just brush it off. Dont overanalyze, seriously. I had a huge problem with this. Peacocking. Possibly the most utterly retarded thing I've ever heard of in my entire life. You dont have to dress like a douchebad to get girls. No. I dont "peacock" yet I still get pussy. Peacocking is so fucked up. Unless you are secure in wearing exotic clothing, don't. Just because some guys on the forum get success with it doesnt mean you will. Wear what fits your image. Approach Anxiety is real. The first time I ever approached a random girl I was shaking on the way to talking to her group and I didn't look at their eyes for the first 20 seconds...then I quickly remembered who I was and got my composure back.
Peacocking attracts LA club girls. Peacocking is unnecessary in High School but still it isn't completely useless.

Its just that when you say it as if "I have AA" once you dont have that pressure anymore and just a little bit, then its self destructing. Anxiety is real, its just know the difference between the two. |

I think the AA thing is like people who randomly say that they're depressed without having talked to a shrink or anything.
Peacocking has it's place, but maybe not Mystery style. I'll wear flashier stuff to parties, clubs, and other high-energy places to attract more attention, because attention is harder to get/keep there.

The thing with using a term like Alpha excitement is that it has positive connotations, if you put such a spin on AA the person will feel like its perfectly ok to have AA and that it just happens when it something that should NOT happen. I'll stick with AA, it makes me feel like I'm sick and I want to get rid of it as soon as possible, if i had a happy ass term like Alpha Excitement i'd be less willing to devote the time to getting over it by actually approaching.
