There's this girl at this place where I take dance lessons who I always see there. Problem is guys(trust me on this one), I NEVER get a chance to talk to her. So how would me going up to her and just saying "Hey, you seem like a fun person but I never get a chance to talk to you, could we swap numbers so we could talk later" work out?

Direct works, and it works fast, but you HAVE TO PULL IT OFF. theres little room for error. Your line, not so much.

Id definately tease in this situation though. risk free, fun, it works, just takes longer to get what you want

When I do go direct, which is rare, it's usually when I'm coming off of a big win or I just hit my goal on a lift. Point is, you need buckets filled with buckets of confidence.

So, go up to your target. Comment on the dance class, preferably this would be funny. Doesn't have to be a neg, the neg could actually be detrimental in this case. Just make her laugh.

Then tell her you don't have much time (this time it's not a lie). Tell her that you think you two would have A LOT of fun together (emphasize the a lot). If she takes it as an innuendo, neg. If not let it slide. Tell her that she should give you her number. There you go. Oh as you turn to leave, say "I'm 'PUA' by the way."

Preferred close: Take out your cell phone and say, "Here, put your number in." Easy, confident, and it's never failed me.
