Anyone else take these daily besides me?? Vitamins keep me awake. Calcium keeps me strong. Omega-3 keeps me alert.
All three are essential and I love the fact that I'm benefitting from these.
Any other stuff you guys take?

When I'm in the off-season of both football and wrestling I'm on creatine, a multivitamin, large amounts of b-vitamins, and eating salmon twice a week for the fatty acids and omega-3. Thinking about trying chromium too.

The creatine/b-vitamins all come in this great drink I use pre-lifting. Stuff not only delivers the creatine quickly but it has the right combinations of b-vitamins to get your mind in a more focused state. Lemme put it this way, when I'm on this stuff I almost always finish my sets and I'm always beasting. Call it pychological or whatever, all I know is that my squat went up 155lbs in less than four months. This was while I was wrestling so I was actually on the brink of losing muscle mass due to the conditioning.
On a side note I take creatine pills as a maintenance dose.
I also use muscle milk which along with protein uses these fats (sorry, forget what they are) in which something like 90% of them are turned almost straightaway into energy. This stuff helps break plateaus and stave off fatigue during a hard week.
Salmon's just a choice because of the high amount of protein and low amount of bad fats. Great for wrestling. The nutrients are all benefits. Also eat lots of tuna during the season, like 11g of protein for 50 calories. Hell if I ate more I could probably drop a weight class.

the only vitamines i need come from my daily dose of dogs blood. Hmm, might just try mixing that in with the morning protein shake. Is it better chilled or fresh? Nine
