I'm an MMA fighter with 12 years experience in Tang Soo Do and 1 year of experience in BJJ. I also have had various training in judo and wrestling. I'm 5'7'', 140 lbs, looking to gain 5 more before the spring and the start of tournament season in my area. Here's weekly routine: Mornings Mon - Sat 5am 100 sit ups, 50 knuckle push ups on wooden blocks Stretch Run 1.5-3 miles (M,W,F) 40 yd Sprints (M,W,F) Interval Run (T,T,S) Plyojumps (T,T,S) Sparring, Jump Rope, Technique Training, Grippers, Iron Body Training
After School - Lifting Mon - Full Body, Randy Couture Workout, Curls, Med Ball Push Ups, Pull Ups, Calf Raises, Bosu Ball Sprawls, Burpees, Abs Tues - Legs/Abs Wed - Ches/Tris/Abs Thrus - Back/Bis/Abs Fri - Shoulder/Abs Sat - "Ninja Training": Pull Ups, Push Ups, Chin Ups, on monkey bars at park, jumps, rolls, etc.
MMA Training: 7pm
Monday - BJJ or TSD Tues - Muay Thai and TSD Wed - BJJ Thurs - Muay Thai and TSD Fri - No Gi BJJ Sat - Muay Thai and BJJ

I am not sure if you are wanting opinions on your workout or recommending this to others or what. I don't know much about martial arts style training routines, but this looks fairly comprehensive. It also looks bloody hard, but you sound like you are prepared for that. The one problem that I can see is that you are not having very much rest, which will mean less muscle growth. This looks to me like a training regime that will keep you agile and fit rather than give you solid weight gains. You will be burning a MASSIVE amount of energy, so eat as much as your can.
