What looks good to girls and why

Personally, I wouldn't wear those jeans or boots. But fashion is subjective, and everyone has a different idea of what looks good. If you like the clothes, and have the confidence to rock them, then go for it. Within reason, of course, because no matter how confident you are, you won't get much pussy if you look like an absolute clown.

As for wearing girls jeans, I think some of you are getting a bit over excited. They are just another pair of denim pants. The only difference is they were designed for women, and honestly, who gives a damn what they were designed for? If they fit well and look good, then wear them, nobody is going to notice they are women's.

Just stay away from the dresses and skirts, because that is pretty gay ;P

Yea, I think if I hadn't of mentioned it no one would have realised. No one in person thinks they are anything out of the ordinary.

The only difference is you can get cooler flares happening, and they might have some weird embroidery on the back pocket. But that doesn't bother me.

But really, guys pants arent made to contour and move with our bodies - like girls pants are - maybe in part because guys dont care, and the manufacturers go with that.

Now to say, yeah A lot of girls pants wont look good on guys because they are ment to fit differently, that is true. But some pants would fit rather well - just as there are jeans that fit guys bad, and that fit guys good.

Okay well, I wanna address something here.
Fashion IS important. I realize this. Hell, I preach it. HOWEVER, the concept of peacocking by wearing ridiculous clothing is HIGHLY UNESSECARY as a highschooler. You'll just look like a tryhard faggot. Let me show you a good example of how you should think about fashion, and a guy who has an awesome fashion sense:

He's got the right idea. I love the way he dresses, I'm considering emulating it a little bit and I'm starting to institute more v-necks, plaid, and some American Apparel and Polo shit.

lol, i just googled that guy. All he wears are t's, hoodies, and jeans..nothing special. Just go to american apparel and dish out a good amount of cash. And ya got yer look. In the video he had some ok stuff. but its really just a skater kinda new wave type look thats popular now.

And as for degrees of coolness. Some people look ultra cool, but they need to back it up with congruency and their lifestyle. it has to reflect that. like when you look at them, the picture that you create of them should match their personalities, or what they convey should. mixture of both - prejudice = congruency !

Exactly Alek...he doesn't need to peacock and wear weird shit in order to be successful with women, in the music industry, or remain well-dressed.

But the one part NOBODY stresses is, DRESS IN YOUR OWN STYLE. Like Alek is saying, your clothing style is representative of your personality. If you're an extrovert, display this through your clothing. Show your music tastes, your hobbies...I tend to wear more athletic items (Nike Shox, higher socks, athletic shorts, muscle fit t-shirts) because I am a jock. However, I do occasionally mix in some preppy tendencies by wearing a lot of polos, dress shirts, v-necks...I honestly cannot define my personal style and that's why it works.

Yeah yeah. Rockstars have the ability to pull of that rockstar look due to their status as famous musicians. You could do the rockstar look too, but it's veery hard to pull of correctly and not just look like a tryhard.

canadiankid: I tend to not wear shorts unless I'm on the beach or at the pool. If you have a flatter mid-section go with board shorts as they look far better than trunks.

The "rocker" can be pulled off by even unfamous people that are in bands. You dont need to be famous to pull it off. But I mean the rocker look in general is so vague, and there are tons of different alterations to it. But, any kind of edgy look - you need to be able to make it congruent to you and ur lifestyle. If it is correctly congruent, then u can pull off anything. Just please, do make it look cool lol. Because anything stuipid thats being worn is bad
