Focus on you
With all this stuff around you about PUA, the focus is on women. The focus is not on yourself. This means it won't make you any happier. Yourself is where focus should be put in self improvement.
Now, admittedly the focus on the girls is useful. But it is not good in the long term if it is solely this. I have been studying all this stuff for about a year, and while there have been improvements, and I have all the answers in my head about women (though they often conflict), it is not this which leads to the improvement in natural instincts with girls. This is done by changing your body, not sticking things in your head.

So, my recommendations, and explanations.
1) You need testosterone.
You ever notice why the 'hard' guys get girls so much easier than you, or at least why girls swoon over these. It is not something you're missing with conversation tactics. Its because they have something you don't, balls, or more scientifically, testosterone.
To get this you will go to the gym approximately 3 times a week. You will choose the heaviest weight that you can do 5 reps with. Do this rep three times in a session. This is done with both dumbells and for your squats. Do as many pullups as you can at the end of each session.
Also, do your best not to ejaculate during masturbation. This causes your body to lose alot of zinc, which leads to decreased testosterone production. This is noticable. Stop surfing for porn at 2am.
Eat nuts. They are good for testosterone.
Eat alot of fatty stuff in your diet, as well as protein stuff. Fat is needed to produce testosterone. TBH, just eat alot, but exercise enough to balance it out.
2) You need to do stuff you enjoy.
Well, I'm going to kind of go against this if what you enjoy is sitting at your computer till 12pm each night, playing video games, and watching porn.
Instead try getting a job, like a waiter or counter job etc which will force you to socialise with people.
Do exciting stuff with other people. Go flying, freerunning, climbing, skydiving, bungee jumping. Jump at any opportunity you get.
3) Supplements
This is what I am into at the moment. I don't take them all the time, but when I do I notice a difference. I have more energy, I am more lucid, and more socially fluid.
3200mg Piracetam
600mg Choline (Alpha GPC)
Multivitamin, Zinc
4) Now do your PUA Stuff
