This is a common technique that I found in many self-help books. It makes you think. Use this technique to decide on life changing decisions. Ask yourself...
What will happen if you do (change)?
What will happen if you don't (change)?
What won't happen if you do (change)?
What won't happen if you don't (change)?
For Example:
Working Out
What will happen if you do workout? -I will become more confident in myself.
What will happen if you don't workout? -I will have low energy.
What won't happen if you do workout? -I won't fall asleep in class.
What won't happen if you don't workout? -I won't be able to see myself in the mirror with abs and muscles.
In summary, I have trouble paying attention in class and would always fall asleep. So, I found out when I workout before school I come in my classroom with confidence and energy! ;D
Give it a try and post it on this thread, it may help others.

What will happen if you procrastinate? I will be stressed out What will happen if you don't procrastinate? I will be able to cruise and enjoy my spare time What won't happen if you procrastinate? I wont be able to perform to the best of my ability What won't happen if you don't procrastinate I wont have to stay up all night worrying and being annoying/upset wow, thats good stuff
