I read around and saw that no one but a few had a real idea about what the fuck to do with their body, so I was going to write this epic guide on losing/gaining weight, but I got lazy a third of the way into it. So ask anything and it shall be answered.

How to gain weight: Have acess to free weights Do the Rippetoes program Multiply your weight by 15, add 500 to that, that's how many calories you should be eating. Drink Whey protien post workout. Maybe a weight gainer shake if you are having trouble getting enough calories a day. That's about it.

Unless you're a bodybuilder getting ready for a competition, you don't really need to count cals. I mean at first it's helpful has it gives you an idea of what your meal is going to consist of, but you're a teenager, and that changes the game alott.
Rippetoes is cool if you're a noob and have never touched weights before, because it works on the principle that your fastest and best gains come when you first start lifting, but if you've been going at it for a while, you won't get the greatest results.
Everything else is good though.
