Jealousy plotlines work wonders here, I know from experience.

I played on the senior soccer team as a freshman, and it turned out well with the ladies. if the guys you know are chill, and know some ladies themselves, get them to drop some lines about how cool you are. Get introduced, and watch your friends.

Basically, if you know some chill guys, they should be able to help you out. I know some girls dig the younger guys, as weird as it is.
