Your likely a Caucasian, middle class male. Your life is pretty average thus far. Your parents are probably boring and pretty basic. You have a sibling or two.
You do fairly well in school. Pulling middle-to-high grades. You have a slight interest in the social game, but it's not your forté. You have been fairly anonymous so far. You have a few guy friends, and maybe a friend who is a girl, but she sure isn't hot or anything.
Anyways, you need help to become a true ass pick up artist. First, let's go with your exterior. It's what people perceive of you.
First of all, take a look in the mirror. Do you need a haircut? Not sure if you do? Head to the local store and pick up a copy of GQ and read it. Take a look at all the dude's hair. Get an idea of what you want your hair to look like, and get it done by a decent hairstylist/barber.
After that, check out your skin. Got Acne? Get to the dermatologist if it's bad. I did and got some Benzyle Peroxide (sp?) and it works wonders. Pale as a ghost and don't like it? Hit the beach, not the tanning salon. If it's winter and you live in a cold place, don't worry about it.
Next, check out your body. Are you fat, skinny, ripped, what? If your out of shape, fat or skinny, hit the gym hard. I could write an entire article about that but there's experts out there.
Check out your closet/dresser wherever you store clothes. Now if your satisfied with your style and it's not terrible, leave it be. If it sucks and you know it, go get yourself some money/plead to mom/whatever to go on a shopping spree or at least get some essentials.
A basic list of sh*t to get to dress better:
-A few pairs of jeans (light/medium/dark washes)
-T-shirts in either solid colors or non 8 year old/tool graphics.
-Fresh kicks (these are a personal choice)
-A polo shirt or too, and a button down
-A few longsleeves
-A coat/jacket
-A few hoodies
These are absolute BASICS and are for people who have entirely no fashion sense.
Once you've got a good haircut, getting to the gym and beach, fresh clothes and kicks, improve your hygiene. Brush yo teeth every single day. Shave if you can't rock a proper beard. CUT YOUR GODDAMN FINGERNAILS!
WEAR COLOGNE. Good stuff if you can. Cologne is personal preference so head to Macy's and check some sh*t out.
After that, work on your body language, voice, etc. If you aren't confident with this, there are articles on that too.
Social Experience:
Basically, in HS, there are two main huge crowds. The kids who are in the know and the kids that aren't. You want to be in the know.
In the know means you are invited to parties. You hear the gossip. You are occasionally a topic of conversation among others. You are popular.
Here's a basic rundown of the HS caste system:
Highest Caste- Popular
All the athletes, good looking, useful, or otherwise attractive people. Can be any range from uberjocks, to overachievers, DJs, party throwers, stoners, PUAs, etc. These people date, party, drive, have a great HS experience and are fun people.
Medium Caste- Average
All the fairly boring people. Smart kids, boring kids, kids who don't do anything afterschool. It's easy to move from here up if you "know people"
Low Caste- Loser
People who have no social value. MMO geeks, weird kids, smelly kids, kids with no social abilities, (usually) extremely smart but also kinda weird kids, lame people. It's pretty easy to move from here to Average also.
Extreme Low Caste- Background
Kids who have 0 anything. Serve as wallpaper basically.
How to move up:
-GET CONNECTED. I'll say it once and I'll say it again. Get to know people. Make your voice heard. Make sure people know you. Your name should be easily recognizable. I can think of seniors I've never met who I know their names and what they're about. It's easy. Get your name out there.
-Become useful. Kids want other kids who can help them do stuff. Simple.
