Why does he have to choose?
When your friends with a person you like it can make flirting way more fun. Vise versa sometimes your just friends with people you flirt with. Besides how does he know he wants to get with them if there not even friends? Sure maybe they could be hot but getting in anyone of there pants isn’t going to happen if they think your a dick.
I would start out slow I don’t know how much you talk to them but smile at them in the halls in passing, say hey and be friendly. Compliments never hurt. Be like hey soandso, I really like your hair like that, its very pretty. or that shirt looks nice on you what ever feels right and genuine. (don’t make compliments a regular thing that looks kinda desperate and not genuine)
the other thing that would lighten them up is humor. its pretty hard to hate somebody who makes you laugh. its hard to get specific about that with out knowing more details though
And above all did you talk to them about it? why not bring it up keep it light and kind of joking remember in 8th grade when I was all up your grill? and laugh be like haha you hattedddd me. I just did it cause blah blah blah or say haha I was such a dick
If you’re having trouble building a relationship you might as well straight up acknowledge your wrongs.
if someone was really mean to me when I was younger and I held a grudge for it, I KNOW I would appreciate them apologizing.

yeh, exactly dude, if u wanted to befriend them then all u gotta do is strike a proper conversation with just ONE of these girls and be friendly and playful with her. After you do that with just one girl, she'll probably tell all her friends that you've sort of changed if ur convincing enough, they'll probably give u a second chance after that

Listen, try and do everything Nora said without being a pussy.........thats right! It's imfuckingpossible!
That's why you need to show these girls that you have value, start joking around with them make them laugh like Nora said. There's a psychological rule, it's very hard to hate someone or be mean to someone if they are not mean to you. Now you don't want to go up to them and start complimenting because of they will see you are trying to suck up to them, and thats NEVER good.

Game one of the girls cold approach style and treat her friends as if they were a normal set. Once you hook, you're in. Even with girls you dont know, they might start out cold, and the only solution is to start plowing, but coldness usually fades, given time. Have you considered that the roadblocks are all in your head?
