In highschool, almost every teenager experiences acne in some way or another. Some people devolope serious acne on their face, leaving them in depression. The people with alot of acne tend to also leave behind scaring even though the pimples are clear.
I was wondering what do you guys think about the dudes in the school who have bad acne scaring. My teacher has really bad acne scaring but he seems very confident and he is an english teacher. He is extremly good at talkin and thats the only way possible of how he can get girls (he is single...or I think he has a girlfriend <so he says>).
Anyways... I have acne scars too but they are not as bad as most people. I hate it just as much as every other guy and my pimples are not even fully gone yet. I feel so depressed and I never have the balls anymore to approach girls. I lost many of my girl friends, and I have become unsocial because of my acne and insecurities.
In highschool, I think looks matter alot and acne is just gross. I think its fine if u have pimples here and there but when it looks like a disease, then you pretty much have no chance.
I have seen some guys with raelly bad acne dating average girls in my school but they are still unsocial..and seem so unhappy.
Almost all the guys i know with acne I dont know how u guys can keep it up.

lol what are you trying to get across here?
acne has nothing to do with how successful you are with girls.
I know many guys who have a face full of red dots but still make girls go crazy for them. they're funny and confident. <33

zits and pimples has a huge impact on your looks, and can make a really good looking guy suddenly look like below average with a couple zits. "does looks matter"..i dont know how many times i heard that question. the answer is pretty much both yes and no, depends on the girl and depends on you, mostly on you. Looks only matters if you let it matter, and you don't even have to be good looking, as long as you're not ugly looking and free of bad details you're all set.
About zits hen555, go to the pharmacy and just ask if they have anything for pimples, i did that, simple. But more importantly, DRINK MORE WATER, several glasses a day, whenever you're feeling thirsty or your mouth is a little dry, get a glass of water. Trust me i did this, water is a miracle cure for your skin.

yeah man, shit that doesnt determine your success. You've got one life and your capable of getting anything done. And your limiting yourself from getting what you want, instead of going after it.

My suggestion would be to visit a dermatologist or a pharmacist, a dermatologist treatment being the more expensive but usually more successful of the two. Follow any homemade remedy, like drinking water a lot and such, but don't believe that this will cure your acne. But close to what Alek said, forget that you even have acne/scars when you are gaming/in any social event. ( I don't mean flaunt it, covering it up is never a bad idea also )I've had acne since 5th grade (Yeh I know I got screwed), and only twice has anyone ever said anything to me about it, and no one has ever rejected me because of acne alone. I find that when you completely mess up when gaming a girl, is the only time they pay attention to acne. Think of it, if you do everything right and better when talking to a girl, think they'll give a hoot about your acne??
