Im 5'10. Amazing muscle mass ability, I had a 6 pack after 6 weeks of summerschool.
I can get huge pecs with little effort.
But I don't know anything about weights, lifting, or anything.
I really want my 6 pack back, my arms to be bigger, and my chest to be bigger.
How should I start? I cannot go to the gym, and I do not have any at home gyms, or weights.
Gay.

Various styles of crunches, and stuff for abs..lie on your back with ur butt off the ground so you're on your tailbone, then keep your legs straight and lift them until they are straight up, when coming back down, dont let them hit the ground.
Various styles of push-ups for pecs and such, regular, knuckle, diamond, theres all kinds you can probably find them all online.
Do you have a pull-up bar in your doorway maybe?

When I finally do a file transfer to my new harddrive I'll hook you up with the complete P90X system. It's absolutely amazing and you can pretty much skip the stuff with weights if you want. Also galleon milk jugs are great if you just fill em up with water you can use them for dumbells on some exercises.

dips are amazing for your upper body. Just grab two chairs. Pushups are great and you can get a tougher workout by having your feet elevated.

Yeah. Self work out is probably the best. Push ups while putting your feet up on the wall, Crutches with something heavy on your chest, and all the other exercise techniques you learned in gym class.

Crutches with something heavy on your chest, Not this. Your abs will get fuckin swoll and it'll all look good with your shirt off but with it on it'll just look like you have a gut. Nine

Pretty much what nine is saying, More Weight=More Muscle More Muscle=Bigger Yea abs are really weird because they're not just one muscle but multiple muscles all twisting and that's how you get the formation of a six pack, it's from those muscles knotted together. Nine
