So right off the bat:
*Im a tall guy *im not skinny, but rather.. soccer player skinny? If you can get what I mean * its hard for me to build muscle *Ive been going to the gym for 3 weeks now *Ive had this problem for very long *im a freshman
My biceps have no symmetry. I have been a right handed person all my life, but my left bicep is significantly larger and *harder* than the right one. The right arm does not bulge out the same way the left one does, and when I feel the muscle, its not hard, but rather squishy on the top. This isnt fat- its muscle... I just cant flex it.
The difference between the arms has been increasing, but theres a slight possiblity its all in my head. I figure if I lift equal weights with each arm theyll even out eventually.
Has anyone had this?

Yeah, if you're lifting weights you're going to get some asymmetry. Nothing to worry about though, it'll even out over time as long as you keep lifting evenly

For the symmetry problem you could just mostly use dumbbells when you work the biceps and other exercises to even it out.

-Use dumbbells instead of barbell when possible -When you do sets start with your weak side -follow general good workout and diet practice
I know this is obvious but NEVER use uneven weights to try and correct asymmetry, it will make things worse. And don't worry too much, it will prpbably be at least a couple of months until things even out.

Back a few months ago, I was in your same situation, when i got vince's program. Long story short, it works. I recommend it to anyone because it tells you EXACTLY what to do, or how to construct your program yourself. -Jeremy tinyurl.com/yfnsmse

Uh oh...
To me it seems like you're saying you've been working out for 3 weeks, and stating you have a hard time building muscle. You seem like a beginner. There's no way in the world you're going to see progress after 3 weeks. Wait another 9 weeks and look at yourself again, then you should be able to see just a little bit more.
