So I use to manscape with a razor and still sometimes do. Most of the time i just use the side trimmer of my electric shaver. But i have gotten realllly bad razor burn from the wet shave i used to do.
I've used aloe vera, which hazel, face moisurizer nothing seems to work.
No its not an STD, i was tested.
Any ideas?

Like, a normal razor burn? Or are we talking pimples? If it's the first, don't worry about it. Aloe is all you can do. If it's the second, either it's the normal shaving pimples (which happen sometimes) or like, legit pubic pimple things. Ask your doctor if it bothers you enough.

Be sure to shave properly with a somewhat new razor - one that you only use down there. Don't wanna mix too much. If going for the completely smooth look, you have to shave upwards, and it'll give you the pimples and burns the first few times, but don't worry, it'll go away. Haven't had either for a year now, I think. It's great. (y)

I used to shave down there, now I just take a trimmer and round shit out. Theres really no need to do a full shave but if your really desperate to get that smooth feel, get Nair for men. Im warning you though, if you use Nair for men you might bleed a little especially around your nuts...it hurts.

I agree with sharkoffs, I just trim with a number 1 attachment.
BUT, some tips that may help..
use an acne medication that has salycylic acid in it before you groom. The acid removes dead skin
use a somewhat new razor
use shaving cream and rinse the blade after each pass.. if you dont the hair can get clogged up on the blade which causes an unsmooth surface
when you finish with soap, water, and a bath scrub, scrub the pubic area
when you finish all this you can run an ice cube over your skin to reduce irritation.
Good luck, hope it helps
