Do you find it better to IM her first or wait for her to IM her? does it communicate lower interest to IM first?

I text first usually but I try to stay away from the, "What're you up to?" stuff and make statements or ask questions that she actually has to think about i.e. an opinion opener.

I do get girls opening me though through text but that's about 30% of the time.

My personal rule on aim when talking to girls is either wait for them to go first, or I wait for them to be online for 5-10 minutes then I'll say something. Usually I'll have a question to ask them about something at school rather than just like ohh hey how's it goin.

I forgot about that, very important. Also I'll say "sup bro/dude" like I'm talking to one of my guy friends, my friend thought that was really funny today, it's really easy to make her laugh though. You're a genious at this stuff though you'll do fine, thanks for the help with that AMOG battle earlier btw.
