I have thick dirty blonde hair, and two cowlicks in the front. Righ now I still have the cesaer(?) cut, with the spikes in front to hide the cowlicks but I'm looking for something new to change it up? Any suggestions?

defo. Make sure you go to a TOP salon (usually a GOOD salon is 30+$ for a guys cut). Make suere you dont go to any chains, and make it be a top salon seriously.

your hair a dirty ,blonde you do a massage with oil regular an d use a wide comb and before a wash your hair do massage with oil and then wash your hair be a smooth and silky and use a best product for a hair like a henna,egg,curd this you use your hair be a nice and silky.

I Think You have to take 2 to 3 Sitting For the Hair Spa it Will Give You Smooth Hair.You Must have to Apply protein Pack Twice in a Month.You have to Apply Condition after Hair Wash and Use Serum after Hair Wash and Before Going in Heat or Out Side From the Home.You can also Do the Straight Hair it Will Give You Nice Look.

Your hair a dirty, white oil massage you d have a regular massage oil to wash your hair first and use a wide comb and then wash your hair silky and easy to be a henna as a hair Use a good product, eggs, yogurt it your silky hair and be a good use.
