Stretch marks

Ight so ive developed some stretch marks on my upper bicep and the area where your chest and arm connect, like right above the armpit. These are not from being fat, theyre actually from making gains in muscle resulting in growth that my skin could not handle. So my question is would girls think this is unattractive and if so what can i do about it?

Go to walmart and buy palmers cocoa butter with vitamin E and rub that in. They wont go away instantly, but gradually fade. I have stretch marks in the same places.
