Hey guys, can I get some help? Trying to gain some weight. I really really need to gain some weight. I'm so skinny you can see my ribs without me sucking in my stomach. Combined with the fact that I'm ghost white, you got what looks like the body of a 2-week-to-live leukemia patient.
My current stats: 5'8", 110 lbs, 16 years old, vegetarian. What I have: Two dumbbells with a combined max weight of around 37 lbs My current goal: Gain 15 lbs by the start of my senior year
I'm very inexperienced with exercise (obviously) so give me some work-outs I can do at home along with a suggested number of sets and reps. Will post monthly progress pictures.

that's true, lack of protien.
Get some protien shakes.

I already have two scoops of protein powder a day, drink milk, snack on nuts, et cetera. I don't think lack of protein is my problem.
