Throwing my own party?

aight, so im currently a freshy in hs and im always hearing about parties going on and shit. Im always afraid to go because Im usually not invited and if i just showed up ill feel like i wont belong there. I know im not a loser, but my social circle is really fucked up. Im friends with some kids that are popular and some kids that arent. I have my good friends, but some of them hate eachother.

Im friends with some girls that definetly get into parties, but im not close enough with them where i would have their number or hang out with them.

anyway, I was getting a little frustrated not being included in local parties because i feel like i should be there. So i decided to maybe have a party of my own to get closer to other people to extend and fix my social cirlce, aswell as be able to have them invite me to other parties.

However, i never been to a real hs party. So i dont know what people would expect. I would have drinks and weed, but will that be enough for..lets say 15 people?

I dont want a big party, just a small "gathering". One of my good friends is more popular than i am(as much as i hate to say that), so i could get him to invite the people i want for me.

The big question is though, what can i do to make this party as great as poissible? What should i expect and know?

I hate to burst your bubble, but a small gethering won't really do much to help. The partys people talk about the next week at school, are almost always big ones, the parties that are packed with people doing crazy and dumb shit.

You can have peole over, some of the party popular kids and your own friends. But If you invite 15 peope, 30 will show up. Any number of people you, yourself invite, twice as many will show up.

You can supply the weed and beer if you want, but you dont have to, espiecally weed. Ya buy a couple of cases for people to drink if you want. Either way, people are going to bring their own beer or weed.

But dude, your a FRESHMAN. Of course you won't be partying it up constantly, its your first year. Sophomore year you'll start going to more parties than your freshman year and so on. Girls will always be going to more parties than you and all other guys. You know why? They have a vagina, and no one likes having a sausage fest party.
