You can lose 2 lbs overnight. I've slept off 2 pounds before. How to stop eating: lose the temptations. Hide your food. Lock your cabinets. Or just have the willpower. If you don't have it, then okay. Try harder.
If you want to lose weight relatively fast, don't lift more than you do cardio. Cardio first, lifting second. You wanna lose bulk, not gain it.

The best way to control your eating is, as ajaax said, losing the temptations. If you live with your family this is tough, because you can't control what food they keep in the house. You just have to use your willpower. When you are out and about, it is a bit easier. Do whatever it takes to stop yourself from buying junk food. One way of doing it is simply to leave your cash and cards at home, so you cannot spend your money buying food when you are out.
Another good way to motivate yourself is to browse the net for some pictures of your ideal physique. Print a couple out, and put them on the door of the fridge, inside your wallet etc, so whenever you are about to eat, you are confronted with the image.
You could also use a reward system for reaching your goals. When you reach your targets, buy yourself something nice or do something to reward yourself.
Good luck with the weight loss. I wouldn't worry about doing more cardio than lifting. Do as much of both as you can. Yes, putting on muscle will make you look bigger, but it will also increase the amount of calories you burn at rest, as well as the energy burnt while lifting the weights themselves. And when you do get that excess fat off, the more muscle underneath, the better you will look.

new in my world I found myself reading about eating disorders and I came across the binge eating disorder. like every eating disorder binge has mental problems and you can't tell when you're full or hungry so you find yourself eating massive amounts of food. I now have to eat in portions to stop myself from overeating . Binge also makes me feel like a failure when I eat and couldn't resists. These sudden alarms and suggestions that " you have to eat" happen randomly or when someone else is eating food; at least in my case. I will tell you all my progress on the matter, and I might start posting pictures, of my progress cause my abs are starting to making me feel exited and accomplished.

Actually, gaining muscle decreases the amount of fat in your body faster and more effectively than just eating less. I lost 65 lbs (240-175) in about 9 months from doing that without supplements. Yes, in the beginning you may feel and look fatter, but in time you'll look great.
Also, there are safe and natural supplements that can help to burn fat and increase metabolism without BS. For fat burning, growth hormones such as L-arginine and L-orthinine are great natural fat burners along with Ephredine. Even the simple caffeine with aspirin can do the trick. GHB, L-tyrosine, and GABA are great metabolism boosters too.
You can usually get these at your local Wal-Mart for cheap. As long as you don't over eat, you'll be set. Good luck!

Yeah man, it doesn't matter what you eat now, your growing, you'll burn it all in no time. Just work out man. Go to the gym, start with cardio, then work on some great muscle building exercises. This shit will get you lean in no time. Our bodies at our age can take wayyy over 2500 calories, so find out how much your getting, aim for 3000-3500.
Then work out. It'll get you down to nothing man. I've got about 3-7% body fat. Used to have 16%. And I don't do cardio.

It's cheaper and more convenient then dieting, but the self dicipline it takes that first time you do it, it'll make u feel like a ninja . works great though, DOOOO ITTTT

For example I have eaten a whole big bag of doritos in 10 minutes. so Idk how "eat stop eat" will work. please send me some info on it and thank you

well I have been doing a lot more body building and i still do some cardio. I am going to start "intermittent fasting" in the alternate days "window". witch means one day I'll eat as much as I want to (as long as it is not too much fat) and then the next day not eat at all or, barely eat (like eat soda crackers with water.) I am starting to feel stronger but I also feel bigger but I read your post and you said that's normal so I trust you XD.

Instead of junk food why don't you eat somthing more healthy as in fruit or things that are low in fat/carbs. A calorie counter might help as well. It well help you to realise everything that your eatting and the macronutrients that are in your diet.
