Well i have a problem.I meet a girl on the street,in the bus,park or whatever and most of them really like me when I use negs,ignore,routines and the usual topics (where are you from,school/work,years,family...).I usually make the girl want to continue the conversation,but leave her (so i stay interesting).

But what I should do next,what is the next move after she gives me IOI's ?!?
