Context: I have found it extremely difficult to stay in a happy social mood at school due to the boring nature of most classes; consequently, I find myself without enthusiasm for much of the later parts of the day.
Question: What techniques would you suggest for maintaining a happy and energetic mood despite the arid and lethargic feelings and that school can engender
I currently help myself with: - Positive thinking - Focusing on goals - Music
Anything else? Staying happy and enthusiastic's my biggest challenge :/

Talking to people. Especially girls. Calling out. Making jokes. Getting up and dancing. Whatever that keeps you awake and alive and in as much of a positive state as you can be.

dont try to be ALWAYS happy or else you'll feel miserable because you wont be achieving your goal.
you will become bored a lot in school...dont try to change it. give in to it.
but yeah.. just stay talkative with the people next to you when you're not being lectured
