i just graduated from an all guys school. i have a girlfriend though so yeah i have no idea mall, public places, any teen clubs? house parties you could get invited to? if you happen to get invited to one, talk to EVERYONE not just girls. get everyone and their mother's numbers, or facebook them, then ask em what's goin on, or set something up yourself. if you're a cool guy, they'll be happy to invite you.

But please, don't ever be that guy who just hit people up without having anything to contribute. It takes serious conversation skills to actually maintain mutual interest (regardless of sex!), and if you fail to do so, well.. Then I hope you enjoyed your 15 minutes of fame.

Mind you, I'm only talking about being the guy that talks to literally everyone all the time, not the 'regular' guy that only has 10-15 he talks to every day.

Also, if you decide to mingle heavily after the party too, be sure to ask open-ended questions about the party.

Ex. "I heard x went upstairs with y. What was he thinking?!"
Reply would be something like "I don't know man! She looks like Shrek's worse half. I mean, he used to date ----"

Basically, the questions invites you to answer more than just "He's just dumb" or "He was so high he didn't mind".
