If u don't know what it is google it or watch some vids on youtube. Its the hardest workout put on vids ever. It's great because it doesnt invovle any dumbbells or other accesories,it uses ur own body weight on max interval training. It doesn't seem like you worked very much on your pecs or abs. Good arms though, the definition is there, you just need to fill out Good shit though.

Heh... i didnt show my abs on the photo xD.I am not training my abs because i dont like doing crunches,coz i dont want to be short But i have been training a little on my pecs

The beachbody system is great, I am 2 months into P90x and I have lost 35 pounds, Its what made me decide to start PUA so I recommend anything beachbody to people.....DO EEEEETT!

Hey man it looks like your pretty cut which anyone who doesn't work out should know that if you are just gonna start going to the gym get CUT BEFORE YOU GAIN MUSCLE. Obviously you will still gain muscle getting cut but I mean like heavy lifting workouts, getting cut makes you look bigger because your fat levels are a lot lower. But if I had some advice to give you it would be work on your pecs because on its stronger than the other and you can tell that because of the positioning. So your ta-ta's look a little off
