General: Mods Read This

I've taken it upon myself to clean the general section up. There was no reason that half of the first page was taken up by things that were stickied.

It is a general sub-forum, nothing in that thread is required reading, thus nothing in that sub-forum deserves to be stickied. If something is active it will be on the first page as it should be, if it isn't active then it should be lost to the abyss, not saved by pointless stickying.

That being said, I did leave a few things stickied that I feel contribute to the forum as a whole (i.e: promoting community etc.)

Good job man, there were so many stickies that you had to scroll through to get to the normal posts, it was a pain in the ass.
