Parkour

Recently I got into parkour.

I figured I'd post this here because it's an insane work out, and it keeps you fit.

Also i think it's a major DHV when you can pull such crazy good shit.

I'll post videos of me later (doing parkour, don't get dirty now ) if you guys want. Just to show you that it's all about practise.

Think about it - i like it.. be prepared to get hurt if you try it though..

I practiced it with my friend a few times for a couple of hours, and god... It sure as hell gets tough after a few hours.

......But I'll just stick to soccer.

How hard is it to get started with Parkour?

Easy as can be. Find a local group on google, chat 'em up a little and go to a training session.

Thats weird that someone else chose sloth as a name...

And it can be complex to go through that, its easy to get started, find a wall, climb it, find a bench, vault it.

I've been practicing rolls, and vaults. I busted my ass in the park vaulting a low wall the other day lol. Getting with a group is probably not gonna happen because i live in MiddleofFuckingNowhere Kansas
