What is the best time for people of my age group around 15. Since I went to the mall for my first time to try to game and let's just say I didn't do so well or talk to anyone. I had some belief that my age matters, but I do also want to hear some personal opinions about that from you guys like do you think it's alright for a 15 year old to flirt with someone 18 or older.

it's alright to do it, if that's what you're worried about. It's also very possible. the mall is always full of girls, it doesn't matter what you wanna say. You went to the public gathering, thinking you're gonna pick up girls, and, you didn't. sounds like approach anxiety to me, right? don't let it affect you. JUST do it.

game is lifestyle.
you dont go to 'pickup' a chick
you pickup naturally, its in every delibaration, with every action, you are that cool guy. The venusain arts refers to it as the zen of cool.

You've got to let go of all that "game" stuff. The game is you, and you're the game. Though, you can't lose this game. You decide the rules, and you pick the prize. You can fail succeeding, but also succeed failing - but only if you do not try. Get it? Now go and be awesome.
