Think back to the last time you hooked up with a girl. If you haven't yet(which I assume some of you haven't), Think back to the last time you worked out. If you've never worked out , Go do 20 pushups and then go back to your computer/phone screen.

Anyways, Testosterone is the Male sex hormone, It sends messages to develop our sperm in the Testes. It's the most vital part, what makes us men. But that's not what I'm talking about here(Trust me, I've had enough of school sex ed classes )
Testosterone is what makes us men through all aspects of our life. The cavepeople didn't have mystery method or the HSPUA forums or whatever. They "gamed"(I say that term loosely, as they were the prized ones, not the women) their chicks just using their instincts, fueled by their Testosterone-granted libidos.
So what does it mean? High testosterone levels make you More prone to risk taking, and for many of you beginning, talking to a girl may be a 'risk' in your mind, making that move for the kiss may be a 'risk', etc. Testosterone is one of the key hormones in Adrenaline(if that makese sense), so naturally it helps in this regard.
For example, this morning, I was getting out of my car to walk to class, when a car comes, it's not stopping. So instead of waiting, I just kept walking. By the time I was done, I felt stronger, better, cooler, etc. and it helped me for the rest of the day. Not that I reccomend trying to get hit by a car, but, that's just an example.
Another benefit is Increased Libido(Sex Drive, Horniness, etc.). You may not realize it(but you probably do), but Utilizing your Libido can help immensely with confidence, game, state, vibes, etc. Just think, when/if you talk to a girl right after waking up(or fapping, but I don't see this coming up often), you're gonna be out of energy, but if you haven't beat the meat in days and on full energy from Testosterone adrenaline, your inner caveman comes out and your game is alot better because of it. The testosterone(at least for me) jogs my mind for the words to say in the event I don't know, and tells me what to do, what my body thinks of the girl, etc.
Let's face it, while different girls have different nitpicky likes, all of them excluding lesbians want a hot manly man(who can bang her like there's no tomorrow). Well, by evolutionary science, Testosterone is still the best sign of masculinity. The Higher your levels, the more naturally attractive you are.
So, how do you increase it? There are 4 main ways I go by
-Less Frequent masturbation-Don't give yourself pleasure so much. you're just wasting testosterone, and your sex drive goes down. For some of you, it's hard to stop, but that's another topic
-Working out-Working out increases your testosterone levels greatly. I like to do some pushups before school, just so I get an extra boost. The hormones kick in and help with the muscle, While making you feel more masculine. But, even working out 3 times a week will help a little and it's better than nothing. Motivation is again, another topic.
-Risk Taking-And finally, this one is kind of an odd situation. If you are too nervous to approach girls(Well, so nervous that YOU can't, but you can phsyically approach girls unless you pass out or something), then you can't take the risk, but this helps with approaching girls. But, there are other risks to take. Be loud, take charge, be a leader, try something new. For those buisnessmen types, Try making new ideas, Investing, Just mix it up, Get your adrenaline pumping and the Testosterone will follow.
-Diet- Red meats are as manly as it gets. Fish and other proteins will get you good too. Avoid too many carbs, as they can be bad for T.

Drugs and Alcohol- Most drugs and Alcohol will decrease your libido and testosterone when taken. That said, if you use it to be tipsy enough to lose your inhibitions, then you've got it down anyways, but I prefer to go natural. Your preference, I'm not gonna make that moral decision for you
Femininity-Blatantly obvious, and I don't see how this could be a problem, but of course, stay away from anything feminine like Tofu and other testosterone Nerfing foods(Soy, etc.). If you're a Vegan/tarian, then well, I dunno. That's your choice, but you will be lacking in Testosterone boosting meats.
Stress-Stress is inevitable, but if you cut down on it, your libido/Testosterone levels go up, among the many other(and better) benefits of lower stress.
Anabolic Steroids/Testosterone Pills- While these may seem like the cheap way out, they aren't. Don't take these unless they're prescribed by a doctor(Usually for those deficient in T). They can cause man titties, and If you play any sports, it's considered cheating. I highly don't reccommend them.
No sleep/Little Sleep-Not only does this make you too tired to think of what to say, but you also have decreased T and libido. It makes it that much harder to say what you want.
Disclaimer: Just because you have tons of T doesn't mean you'll suddenly bag chicks left and right. You still need to have some other factors like good body language, good conversation, etc. That said, this definitely helps. Test it out for yourself, go game a girl on little sleep, after masturbating, etc., Then try the same thing a week without fapping and on an 8 hours' rest after working out. You should see a difference.
