ok, so heres a little details on myself: i'm 5'4 ish small build 110 pounds. i wanna be bigger, not just weight wise, but like so i don't look like a skinny ass motherfucker. i look TINY. my arms are smaller than most girls, cause they're toned from swimming..FUCK it! my abs are shaping up but that doesn't make your chest bigger and look bigger do they? Last year, i was gaining weight at a noticeable rate, when i fucked up my arm and couldn't do weight lifting. This year as a sophmore, i'm doing jiujitsu, and thinking of lifting mon-tues-fri. What should i do ? i also have tons of whey protein and a bucket of creatine left..and again, i'm 110 pounds...so i can't remember the loading dose etc.

I wish i was this lucky freshman year lol. Ok so basically you have a very fast metabolism. Yes you need to hit the weight room 4 days a week. Focus on building mass. 8-15 reps are usually for buildng mass.(5or below for strength). after hitting the weight room drink your protein. You have a huge advantage because you also swim which helps soo much when u lift. For the eating part, you NEED to EAT A SHIT LOAD. every two hours, strictly. In two month i gain 8 pounds of pure muscle doing this. I also have a personal trainer to help me out . And for ur workout routine, it is up to u to decide. search online. Hope this helped

Hope this helped haha fuck swimming, i quit..but for the weight lifting, i still need to find a spotter / someone to go with every day since they won't let me lift alone. for jiu jitsu, i do it everyday except monday, cause thats when i work. .. yeah, i'm 5'4/5'3 ish really short. and eating every 2 hours? like full blown meals? cause i have school...i dont think i can bring that much food to class and not get laughed at.. swimming man, its just horrible, i have asthma, i smoke weed, and i swim. I feel like i'm dying. i went sober for the summer, but i was still dying, so smoking weed has nothing to do with it... very much of it at least.
