im a soph in hs. so i was walking down the school hallway and this girl im into was talking to her friends. Suddenly, one of the girls friends, who i dont even know, turns around and says "Hi John!". Surprised, i gave them this almost serious "hi" back to her. They laughed?

is this an ioi? What was so surprising was that i already had a feeling that she was into me because when i would walk past her she wouldnt even give me eye contact. Like she was intimidated or something. It may not sound like an ioi to you but i get this feeling somehow it is. Anyway, I havent spoken to her in years. She knew i was into her at one point and brushed it off and maybe she thought i did too but im into her again and it seems like she is too.

I want to get her friend who i know pretty well to give her my # but im afraid that this wasnt really an ioi and that ill make a fool out of myself, and if she was into me and she did give me a call hanging out with her would feel so weird i wouldnt know what to say to her and im afraid ill blow it.

i dont want to hold this off like i used to when i was too stupid or too pussy to do anything.


So i need some advice.

it depends what you consider an IOI. It could be because you had enough of her attention that she mocked you sort of. It may not be because she just wanted to mock you.

Doesn't matter. Game the fuck out of her and use your friend to get social value. Get the number yourself.
