Does anyone know if the thing about creatine destroying your kidneys is confirmed. i know its pretty controversial but what are the actual facts. All i know is your not supposed to take it if you have kidney problems. also adrien, i'm only 5'6 so its not like i'm fucking skin and bones. i can post a picture if you guys want. i mean i already have some muscle, i've been lifting for like 4 months and a lot of girls have told me i'm pretty hot. i just want to get bigger. alot bigger.
thanks, Contempt

I realize that creatine is controversial, I believe it's never been fully studied enough, I just trust my Bio teacher so that's where I'm coming from. Also I dirty bulked, big mistake, it's wayy harder to get that 6 pack back lol and calories = fat not muscle. Just my opinion, I'll post some pics of me, at 145 pounds and 5'11". I wish i had a pic of me before cutting in something other than a parka lol, it wasnt pretty. As I mentioned earlier I'm up alot from growing and going to the gym. I get comments on my bod lots, not meaning to brag but it's what hard work in the gym will do! Stick with a good weight program and put in the effort, you'll get there!

creatine is actuallly one of the most studied supplements on the market today. Its also one of the most effective. Just cycle it, on for two months, off for one.

yes, creatine is the most used supplement in all athletics - MLB, NHL, NFL, NBA, and Olympic atheletes use it a ton. i've been on it, and i've done a pyramid cycle in dosing, works very well for me.

How effective is it. Like is their going to be a noticeable difference in my gains and size when i use it? I know it adds more water to your muscles when you use it but when you get off of it do you return to the size you would be if you had never used it or does it actually make you build more muscle?

I started taking it about 3 months ago for this offseason and I've gained some great results. Here are my before and after numbers, although I was also on (and still am) an incredibly well designed program.
Deadlift Before: 1 rm = 230. Deadlift after: 320. Front Squat before: 1 rm = 185. After = 245 (cant back squat due to injury) DB Press before: 3 rm = 55 lb / hand. After = 70 lb/ hand (Can't do conventional bench press due to injury) 3 rep max chinup = Bodyweight (145) + 35 lbs = 180 lbs. After: bodyweight (165) + 65 = 230 lbs.
Use it. 5 grams a day. No loading or cycling, just 5 grams a day.
Also, I combined with beta-alanine. Very effective that way. I'd recommend that as well.
