Reasons for girls not replying to texts?

Ok, this all does not make sense. I am a good looking guy, and the other day I was at the mall and this girl was kept giving me the eye. And I do what I have to do, and walk over, introduce myself, I got the number. I later get on the train to get home and I see another really cute girl scanning me up and down, completely making it obvious, so once again I do what I have to do, and I also get the number from this girl as well (I thought we hit it off, maybe not). The next night I send both girls a text (different) obviously and they have not replied it has been 3 days and we all know girls with their cell phones, always on them, but if they are looking at me like that I would think they really want it. Whats going on?

I don't know what you did wrong. not enough info. but maybe you didn't display Identity and remained the identitiy of just another hot guy. maybe you didn't display enough attraction. maybe they're just flaking you.

Right now I feel fugly and am starting to think that they just gave me their numbers to get away from them. But whats with all that eying? Girls are complicated.

I think there is a couple different reasons:

A) You didn't build enough attraction/comfort when you were talking to them. Maybe you acted lame.
B) You're text didn't say who you were (they thought you were a random stranger) or the text itself was extremely lame.

Also, in my humble opinion, I'd say that you shouldn't text first. Give them a call, if they don't answer... then text or something.

Also, I have a theory. I think 2 PM is the time of day when absolutely nothing is happening for ANYBODY. It's just a theory and it's fairly new. Completely untested but that's usually when I try to contact people. I could be completely wrong though. Anyone know?

P.S. If it's only been 3 days and they didn't reply to your text. I'd say give em a call ASAP. Like as soon as you read this. Make sure you're on top of your game though. If you don't know them or have never met them and don't plan on it again... then there isn't really much to worry about if you fuck up.

I'm agreeing with Lighting, it sounds like you didnt establish enough rapport; you just "did what you had to do", shouldn't sound like a chore bro

But yeah, at the risk of seeming creepy, do what Lighting said, give them a call and try to set up a day two or something

Otherwise, just leave it, delete the numbers and go get some new ones

Does the rule for rapport/comfort really need to be established with girls my age (16) I mean I am just a teen guy and I think attraction is all we need to get a reply through text.

Try is next time. Build rapport before the number close and she'll be more inclined to use up her credit

Haha yeah, but its bloody expensive at the end of the day, ive used over $350 worth of texts and calls this month alone in gaming several chicks (thank god i only pay $50 a month for it haha).
