opening facebook strangers

hey guys,

i just realized i have a lot of HB friends on facebook who i dont know...some of whom friended me, some of whom i friended. Does anyone have any good FB openers for strangers? I'm thinking something to say during this after an opener and after the convo is going whatever is, "ok, lets face it. i friended you because i was with my buddies (social proof) and they said you were really cute, which you are. But lets face it - too many hotties are ugly on the inside, which dissapoints me. what makes you special from all the other cute girls in the world? I'd love to know." could that work online? I really prefer gaming in person, but idk i'd like to try online. tell me how you guys open FB strangers, and let me know if my qualification would work online. thanks.

I was thinking the same thing the other day... Yesterday was my birthday so I basically strted conversations with everyone who posted happy bday, most just a few comments long but I personalized them all somewhat. I've "reconnected" (as facebook would call it haha) and started gaming two HBs. Only happens once a year though :/ I just got a thought for an opener, basically say hi an that facebook said reconnect with so and so, then game normal? Idk if it would work or not

you just start normally, they cant really react badly to normal conversation, however going direct via facebook isn't a good idea with strangers - you look like a creep..

Truth is there arent really any gold facebook openers cause it's facebook, its what people who dont know what they're doing use to talk to girls.

^ true. facebook is not for opening i've realized. sure you can still talk w/ girls youve already met/attracted but opening is stupid on facebook.

^^ Sloth is on to something,,,butt i dont really like opening on facebook,cuz it is creepy to most girls..But i like sloths the best,act friendly.Try as much as you can to not show intrest...get to hang with her then,do your game.

If you do it right, it can work. I remember i commented on someones status and some other girl who i didnt know commented on it and i ended up adding her and now talk to her on a regular basis. I'll try to find the conversation and post it if i can.

...and did anything ever come out of that connection, Contempt? Facebooking strangers is a dead end to me. Your not ACTUALLY ever gonna meet. Game real girls, then become friends on facebook to stay in touch...but txt more than FB.

and pickupking...stop being a dick man. you gotta give out value just as you take it man. its not bad if you show interest, just don't be needy. Sure, be hard to get, whatever, but push/pull, which is the #1 thing in PUA in my mind (I've gotten the best results from push/pull than anything else in the world), has half pull half push. An example of a nice push/pull line i used this weekend (while showing her my interest) was, "Sure, there's no doubt that your cute, but I mean come on, it's Saturday night! you gotta be pretty damn special to be my saturday night girl. give me something more than looks, honey (i love calling girls honey haha)." We then made out for like 15 mins straight, but had to stop all escalation as my parents came down.

point is - completely off topic haha, but puaking's posts have been annoying me about constantly showing no interest - is that push/pull is FAR more effective than push...push...and push some more.

I agree with sly, facebook is not a good place for opening, because she gets opened by every creepy guy on the planet from facebook, have some balls and get some girls in real life.

I agree, facebook usually doesn't lead anywhere unless you REAAALLY push it however, because of the above stated high amount of creepy guys on facebook, if you successfully get a girl to become friends with you or really anything you know you've done something right. In addition i think its great practice for your responses because you have time to decide what you say. Almost like preparing your mind for possible responses for when your talking to a girl in person. I also thinks its nice to be able to look back and rethink through what you could have said etc.
