So, two summers ago I was 230 lbs (I've been fat for most of my life) and I am now 180 lbs after tons of workouts and sports training. Problem is, I have muscle, but my skin isn't toning up to fit and show anything. Basically, my six pack is making me look like I have an odd shaped belly.
I've been doing tons of cardio, weight exercises, p90x, insanity, bodyweight training, and have a low body fat percentage (i cant feel any fat at all when squeezing my skin), but still my skin won't shrink.
Is there anything I'm missing or am I pretty much stuck like this for high school?

When you want to loose weight you need to make sure that you do it the healthy way and in a way that it will not cause any problems to your physical or psychological health.
