How to tell a girl to cut the shit and be honest

So I met this girl, got her number, texted her, she didnt sound interested because she made excuses why we cant hang out. Changed the subject while escalating etc. Then I see her in the program I'm in again and I catch her staring at me, and she starts laughing at my jokes. Then I text her again casually, she sounds uninterested again, and frankly I am getting sick of her because she knows I'm interested asked her out, and complimented her), and I catch her checking me out, she rejects me one time and acts not interested and ignored my call. How can I just send her a text and tell her flat out to stop messing with me and tell me if she likes me or is not interested. I will not be affected by her decision, I just want to move on without thinking week after week thinking things like what should I do? Does she like me? Honestly it is pissing me off, and I just want her to come clean and either tell me she does not like me or whatever. Should I just be like, "hey listen, your really confusing me, you reject me and then stare at me in class and laugh at my jokes that arent funny, are you interested or not? Please tell me the truth so I can move on." This is probable the 10th girl that I met that has shown initial interest (checking me out) and rejected me. Either I am blind and not checking me out. Or.............the female gender is fuckin psycho. Tried ignoring her, she never contacted me, but when I text her she gets all social and asks me questions. Then I go for the hangout/meetup and she makes up some lame excuse. I am 70% sure she is not interested, but I wont to make her say no she is not interested before I move on. I am starting to follow the rule "make the ho say no" so im not going to leave her alone until she directly rejects me. How can I go about this?

you have to be in their head to peak some interest
you get in their head by setting yourself apart from the pack

Why in Gods name did you ask her out and then when she flakes you keep going?!! you cut the bullshit if you're gonna be direct you gotta be willing to be rejected indirectly, if not you're putting her in an uncomfortable situation witch will get you nowhere.
