How many times a week do you work out? I'm guessing you also eat your weight/grams of protein everyday too.

Yes. Diet was a very important role. I never ate right for the first 6 months. After that, I saw my weight go from 145 to 151 in a few months, and much more mass.
I hit the gym everyday also.

What sort of exercises do you do/is most effective? Those are some fucking good results. For the abs some people say don't worry, they'll come with the rest of the muscles. Is this true?

Nah. Abs are how to eat. Everyone has abs, and so its a matter of your body fat. If you want to have better looking abs, work them out, and then diet right. No fats really. If your Bodyfat percentage is under 10% youll have ripped abs

That is bloody damn well amazing! I kinda have the same body as you but leaner. I hardly take any supplements - save for fish oil capsules lol.

If your Bodyfat percentage is under 10% youll have ripped abs Well, i have been incredibly skinny my whole life, didnt have any fat on my stomach at all, and up till about 2 years ago when i started doing situps i didnt really have great abs. Believe me, the more you do abs the better, because at a certain point, you dont even have to flex you stomach at all to look like taylor lautner. Please dont flame at me for mentioning a character from twilight lmao. -Contempt
